Small bomb explodes in Peshawar airport canteen, no casualties
ISLAMABAD, April 28 (KUNA) -- A small bomb ripped through the canteen of
northern Pakistani Peshawar city airport Saturday morning, causing material
losses, but no casualties were reported, said an official.
The explosion took place inside a tuck shop in the waiting lounge of the
Peshawar International Airport, Kausar Zadeeb, Security chief of the airport
told KUNA.
He said there were no casualties reported but the explosion caused partial
damage to the shop. There was no delay in flight schedules, he added.(end)
