KUN0090 4 GEN 0162 KUWAIT /KUNA-AXT6 LAW-KUWAIT-JUSTICE-INSTITUTE Judicial Studies Institute organizes international law porogram-Bin Naji KUWAIT, Dec 18 (KUNA) -- Director of the Judicial and Legal Studies Institute, Mohammad bin Naji, said Saturday that the international humanitarian law program organised by the Institute in cooperation with the ICRC would imnclude the trial of Saddam. He told neewsmen here after inauguration of the program that discussions would focus on issues relevant to the international humanitarian law due to presence of experts in this field beside ICRC experts. Experts from the Ministries of the Interior, Defense as well as others working with the National Guards, judges, professors from Kuwait university, Kuwait municiplaity and Fatwa and Legislation staff members in addition to others are attending the program sessions, he went on.
