Powell submits resignation letter to Bush
WASHINGTON, Nov 15 (KUNA) -- Secretary of State Colin Powell has submitted
his resignation letter to President George W. Bush.
CNN reported that Powell, who turned in his letter to the president on
Friday, said he would remain in his post until his replacement was chosen.
