MUNICH, Germany, Feb 11 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, arrived in Munich, Germany on Wednesday, leading Kuwait's delegation participating in the 62nd Munich Security Conference.
Upon his arrival, His Highness was received by the Ambassador of Kuwait to Germany Reem Al-Khaled, the Consul General of Kuwait in Frankfurt, Adel Al-Ghenaiman, and members of the embassy.
In a press statement, His Highness emphasized the importance of the conference in discussing the most prominent current global security challenges and providing a platform for constructive dialogue that contributes to establishing common ground, strengthening international cooperation, and supporting efforts to resolve disputes and crises regionally and internationally.
The Prime Minister noted that the rapidly evolving challenges facing the world today necessitate the development of a consensus-based roadmap to enhance global security and unify efforts to consolidate stability and strengthen international cooperation, thereby contributing to building a secure and prosperous future.
His Highness reiterated Kuwait's commitment to its open approach in international relations and its support for resolving conflicts through dialogue and peaceful means, as well as promoting international peace and security. (end) res
