Kuwait's Al-Fatat finish runners-up in Arab women's table tennis contest

SHARJAH, Feb 11 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Al-Fatat clinched a sliver medal in the team table tennis contest of the ongoing Arab Women's Club Games in the UAE emirate of Sharjah on Wednesday.
In what was a tightly-contested affair, the Kuwaiti side's impressive performance was only enough for a second-placed finish, a feat seen as a testament to how far the sport of women's table tennis has come.
