KUWAIT, Feb 6 (KUNA) -- The State of Kuwait on Friday welcomed Oman-hosted negotiations held between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran earlier in the day.
In a press release, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs voiced hope that these negotiations would lead to a comprehensive agreement that contributes to attaining the interests of both partis and maintaining regional security and stability.
The ministry reiterated support for all appreciated and praiseworthy efforts led by the Sultanate of Oman and several other sisterly and friendly countries to facilitate US-Iran negotiations and promote opportunities of constructive dialogue aiming at ensuring regional stability. (end)
