KUWAIT, Feb 6 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a congratulatory cable to the Governor-General of New Zealand, Cindy Kiro, on her country's National Day.
