BEIRUT, Jan 27 (KUNA) -- One person was killed in Israeli occupation strike on southern Lebanon, the Health Ministry said on Tuesday.
The strike targeted a motorcycle in Batoulay municipality in Tyre District, killing a Lebanese national.
Occupation forces continue to target municipalities and vehicles in southern Lebanon despite the November 2024 ceasefire.
In a complaint to the UN Security Council, the Lebanese Foreign Ministry stated that the number of violations committed by the Israeli occupation reached 2,036 in the months of October, November and December 2025. (end)
