Kuwait Amir congratulates Qatar on Sheikh Joaan's election as OCA president

KUWAIT, Jan 26 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, sent a congratulatory cable on Monday to the Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, on the election of Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani as President of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA).
In the cable, His Highness the Amir expressed his sincere congratulations on this election, noting that it reflects Qatar's high international standing.
