KUWAIT, Jan 18 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya on Sunday made a phone call with his Qatari counterpart Sultan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi, discussing close relations between both sisterly countries.
