KUWAIT, Jan 14 (KUNA) - In a vibrant celebration of talent and inclusivity, the Public Authority for Disability Affairs hosted a special performance of the play "Short Rope" on Wednesday.
The event, attended by Minister of Social Affairs Dr. Amthal Al-Huwaila, was held in collaboration with the Ministry of Information and the UN Representative's office, creating a colorful platform where art meets empowerment.
The stage came alive as a group of dedicated performers with disabilities brought the play's profound themes to life, captivating the audience with their energy, dedication, and passion.
The months of preparation and training were evident in every gesture, line, and scene, reflecting both their talent and their commitment to showcasing the abilities of people with disabilities as integral members of society.
The Public Authority announced that the official performances of "Short Rope" will take place on January 16 and 17, open to the public via registration on the Authority's official platforms, inviting everyone to witness the inspiring artistry of these exceptional performers. (end)
