KUWAIT, Jan 11 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent a cable on Sunday to the Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tareq, congratulating him on the anniversary of his throne assumption.
