GCC states' envoys congratulate the Amir on 2nd anni.

KUWAIT, Dec 20 (KUNA) -- GCC states' ambassadors congratulated His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the second anniversary of his proclamation as the Amir of the State of Kuwait.
Saudi Ambassador to Kuwait Prince Sultan bin Saad Al-Saud, on his behalf and in the name of the Saudi diplomatic mission and the Saudi citizens, expressed felicitations and addressed blessings to His Highness the Amir on the occasion, praising the achievements made during his rule.
His UAE peer, Dr. Matar Al-Niyadi, addressed identical sentiments to His Highness the Amir, lauding the progress and prosperity currently witnessed in Kuwait, underscoring His Highness the Amir's role in backing joint Gulf action.
Oman's envoy, Dr. Saleh Al-Khrousi, joined in the address of good wishes to His Highness the Amir wishing the State of Kuwait and people lasting progress and prosperity under the sagacious leadership of His Highness the Amir.
The Qatari Ambassador, Ali Al-Mahmoud, also addressed congratulations to His Highness the Amir on the occasion, lauding his wisdom and rightful vision that laid the bases of modern development in Kuwait and reinforcing the country's stature at the regional and international levels.
