RIYADH, Dec 17 (KUNA) - Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah received on Wednesday a phone call from Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic Jean-Noel Barrot.
