KUWAIT, Dec 17 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Wednesday a cable of congratulations to King of Bhutan Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck on his country's National Day.
