BEIRUT, Dec 12 (KUNA) -- Israeli occupation aircraft on Friday carried out a series of airstrikes in southern and eastern Lebanon, Lebanon's National News Agency (NNA) reported.
The agency said the strikes in the south targeted the Jabal Al-Rafee' area and the outskirts of the towns of Sajd, Al-Rihan, Aramta and the outskirts of Jbaa, as well as Mahmoudiya and Jarmak.
It added that raids also hit areas between the towns of Ansar and Zrariyeh, including Tabna and Wadi Binafoul.
In eastern Lebanon, Israeli occupation warplanes carried out airstrikes on Wadi Zalaya in the western Bekaa region.
Israeli occupation forces have recently intensified attacks on Lebanese towns despite a ceasefire agreement that came into effect on November 27, 2024. (end)
