EQUATE affirms supporting Gulf production

By Kholoud Al-Enzi MANAMA, Dec 10 (KUNA) -- The CEO of EQUATE petrochemicals group, Nasser Al Dosari, affirmed on Wednesday Kuwait's commitment to supporting Gulf petrochemical production and strengthening its presence in regional and global markets, thereby promoting sustainability in the chemicals industry.
Al-Dosari made the remarks on the occasion of EQUATE's participation in the 19th GCC Petrochemicals & Chemicals Forum (GPCA) in Bahrain, held under the theme "Catalyzing Competitiveness through Strategic Partnerships," which continues until 11 December.
He indicated that EQUATE's participation reflects its firm commitment to cooperation and partnerships aimed at developing the chemicals sector, emphasizing the exchange of expertise and economic and technical partnerships that open broader horizons for sustainable growth.
Al-Dosari also commended Bahrain's efforts in organizing and hosting the forum, which brings together top specialists and professionals from around the world to share knowledge and review key developments in the sector.
At the forum's accompanying exhibition, EQUATE presented a number of joint sustainability initiatives designed to accelerate technical innovation and support sustainable practices in the chemicals sector - underscoring its commitment to embedding sustainable practices across its operations, in line with its vision for a more sustainable future for the petrochemical industry.
