KUWAIT, Nov 11 (KUNA)-- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Tuesday a congratulatory cable to the President of the Republic of Angola, Joao Manuel Lourenco, on his country's National Day.
