Kuwait FM receives letter from Saudi counterpart on bilateral ties

KUWAIT, Nov 3 (KUNA) - Kuwait's Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya received a letter from Saudi counterpart Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al-Saud, touching on the bilateral ties between the countries.
