KUWAIT, Oct 12 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent on Sunday a cable to the President of Fiji Ratu Naiqama Tawakecolati Lalabalavu on his country's Independence Day.
