Strong winds trigger dust in Kuwait -- meteo

KUWAIT, Oct 11 (KUNA) -- Kuwait is witnessing strong winds that trigger dust waves exceeding 50 km/h and lowering visibility in undeveloped regions, the national meteorological center said on Saturday.
Dherar Al-Ali, the director of weather forecasting, told KUNA Kuwait is now affected with a northwestern high altitude with moderate winds leading to sea waves more than six feet in height.
Forecast temperature, in the coming hours, will range between 21-23 degrees minimum and 34-36 degrees maximum.
The dust is projected to begin receding as of tonight, when horizontal visibility improves.
The weather on Sunday will be tilting toward heat during the day, turns relatively humid at coastal regions. At night, it will be moderate and moist.
In the coming days, the weather will be humid at nighttime in the coastal regions when the winds turn southeasterly. (end) zhr.rk
