Israeli occupation forces kill 10 Gazans, injure 61 in past 24 hours

GAZA, Oct 8 (KUNA) - At least 10 Palestinians were killed and 61 others were injured by the Israeli occupation forces during the past 24 hours in the Gaza Strip, said health authorities Wednesday.
In a report, the health authorities affirmed there are still a number of victims under the rubble and on the streets, and ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them.
This brings the death toll from the Israeli aggression to 67,183 and injuries to 169,841 since October 7, 2023.
The Government Media Office reported in a press release that since US President Donald Trump's call for a ceasefire four days ago, Israeli warplanes have launched 230 airstrikes, resulting in the deaths of 118 Palestinians. (end) wab.aa
