DOHA, Sept 28 (KUNA) -- The Local Organizing Committee for FIFA Qatar 2025 announced Sunday the start of ticket sales for the Arab Cup and the FIFA U-17 World Cup.
Tickets for the Arab Cup will be available from September 30 at 3:00 PM Doha time, while FIFA U-17 World Cup tickets will go on sale exclusively to Visa cardholders from October 2 at 3:00 PM. All tickets are digital and include seating options for people with special needs.
The football season in Qatar will kick off with the U-17 World Cup from November 3-27, followed by the Arab Cup from December 1-18, and will conclude with the FIFA Club World Cup on December 10, 13, and 17.
Hassan Al-Kuwari, Executive Director of Marketing, Promotion, and Commercial Affairs, said ticket sales mark an important milestone in hosting the tournaments, highlighting Qatar's readiness to welcome fans worldwide and provide an exceptional football experience that showcases local hospitality and cultural exchange.
Arab Cup tickets are available in three categories starting at QAR 25 (approximately USD 6), passes that allow fans to follow their team through the group stage. The opening match on December 1 at 7:30 PM at Al-Bayt Stadium will feature Qatar against the winner of Palestine vs. Libya, while the final will be held on December 18 at 7:00 PM at Lusail Stadium. 16 teams will compete, with nine automatically qualified and seven spots decided through playoffs on November 25-26.
FIFA U-17 World Cup tickets start at QAR 20 (approximately USD 5), with fans able to attend multiple matches per day and enjoy cultural and entertainment activities around the stadiums.
All 104 matches will take place at Aspire Zone, with eight games daily across different stages. Khalifa International Stadium will host the final on November 27 at 7:00 PM, with tickets starting at QAR 15 (approximately USD 4). This edition is the first of five consecutive U-17 World Cups in Qatar and the first featuring 48 teams. (end)
