China bans dealing with three US companies

BEIJING, Sept 25 (KUNA) -- China declared on Thursday adding three American companies to the list under exports oversight in a move intended to safeguard Chinese "interests and security" and in line with Beijing's adherence to non-proliferation of nuclear arms.
The Chinese Ministry of Commerce in a statement, broadcast by the Chinese news agency, Xinhua, named the three targeted companies as Huntington, Planet Management Group and Global Dimensions LLC.
It explained that Beijing, according to the decision, banned exports of double-usage materials to these companies as of today along with stopping all related exports and imports.
The ministry also declared launching investigations into dumping practices with pecan nuts imports from the US and Mexico for two years starting today. (end) slq.rk
