RIYADH, Aug 25 (KUNA) -- Gulf Cooperation Council Secretary General Jasem Al-Budaiwi strongly condemned on Monday Israeli occupation forces' atrocious act of targeting medical, relief, and media personnel at Nasser Medical Complex in Gaza.
In a statement, Al-Budaiwi said that such attacks are a blatant violation of international law and international humanitarian law.
Al-Budaiwi renewed his call on the international community to immediately act and stop Israeli occupation forces from committing yet another war crime or international law violation and to defend the people of Gaza including the medical, relief, and media members.
He stressed the need to boost efforts on all fronts and make sure that aid reaches Gaza, and bypass the regulations put by the Israeli occupation that has worsened the issue. (end)
