KUWAIT, Aug 20 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent on Wednesday a cable of congratulations to the President of Hungary Tamas Sulyok on his country's national day.
