GAZA, July 1 (KUNA) -- Israeli occupation air strikes killed 116 Palestinians and injured more than 463 others in Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours, Palestinian health authorities said Tuesday.
In a press statement, the authorities said this raises the toll to 56,647 deaths and 134,105 injuries since the October 7, 2023.
It indicated that several victims remain trapped under rubble and in the streets, as rescue teams cannot reach them due to danger and lack of resources.
The number of aid victims taken to hospitals had reached 600, with more than 4,278 others injured since aid distribution centers began operating, the statement added. (end)
