KUWAIT, May 25 (KUNA) -- Spokesperson for the Public Authority for Youth, Asrar Al-Ansari said on Monday that the forum of "the Esteemed" aims to harness talented youth's leadership, and entrepreneurship skills.
It is also representing an opportunity to exchange experiences enabling them to succeed in their business, Ansari's told KUNA, during the second meeting of this forum held at the headquarters of the Arab Media Forum in Dasman, with the presence of AMF Secretary-General Madhi Al-Khamis and Public Relations Officer of the Fire Force, Abdullah Al-Hajji alongside a number of media professionals.
The forum witnessed a large turnout of the young population especially those seeking to gain expertise from leaders willing to share their experiences and expertise, as the sessions held revolved around discussions taking place between the youth and media professionals, she added.
Al-Khamis explained in a similar statement which addressed the importance of the media's role particularly the new modern and enhanced media, and how it supports community issues by raising awareness and its role in developing Kuwaiti media.
He also considered the participation of Al-Roqay Club for Media and Cultural Support, the Kuwaiti media, and Press Association of great support for Kuwait's culture and media thanking the Youth Authority for their sponsorship for such a community service for our society. (end)
