Israeli occupation bombs Gaza hospital killing 2 Palestinians

RAMALLAH, May 13 (KUNA) -- The Israeli occupation forces targeted and bombed the Nasser Hospital on Tuesday in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, killing two Palestinians, one was a journalist.
Medical sources in Gaza confirmed that one of the victims was journalist Hassan Eslaih, who had been injured in an earlier Israeli strike.
His death brings the number of journalists killed by the Israeli occupation since October 7, 2023, to 213.
The health authorities in Gaza strongly condemned what they described as a heinous crime committed by the Israeli occupation.
In an official statement, the Ministry of Health in Gaza said repeated targeting of hospitals underscores the Israeli occupation's deliberate efforts to cripple the healthcare system and endanger the lives of patients and the wounded.
The Israeli occupations media said the second individual killed in the strike was Ahmad Al-Qudra, and identified him as a senior Hamas official. (end) nq.dss
