Foreign ministers of Kuwait, Ukraine discuss promoting relations

KUWAIT, Dec 19 (KUNA) -- The Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya on Thursday received a telephone call from his counterpart in the Ukraine, Andrii Sybiha.
