Oman: 2,410 COVID-19 infections, 8 dead

KUWAIT, Feb 7 (KUNA) -- Eight people died and 2,410 others tested positive for the coronavirus (COVID-19) in Oman over the last 24 hours.
Omani Ministry of Health said in a statement on Monday that the death toll of the pandemic reached 4,180 while contamination cases' count settled at 354,597.
It put number of persons undergoing treatment at intensive care units at 63, while the whole figure of virus infected patients at hospitals amounted to 402. (end) mjz.bb
