NEW YORK, Feb 20 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah took part in a reception hosted by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas at the UN HQ on Tuesday.
The ceremony followed a UN Security Council debate on the situation in the Middle East where President Abbas delivered a speech. (pickup previous)
