MANAMA, Feb 20 (KUNA) -- Bahrain's Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa on Tuesday lauded His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah's stances toward the Arab and Islamic causes.
In a press statement after he offered congratulations on Kuwait's National Days at the house of the Dean of the diplomatic corps, Kuwaiti Ambassador to Bahrain Sheikh Azzam Al-Sabah, the Premier reiterated the deep-rooted ties between the two countries.
He prayed God to bless Kuwait with perpetual security, peace and stability.
Prince Khalifa expressed keenness on taking part in Kuwait's national celebrations in recognition of the country's support to the Arab and Gulf joint action, based on the policy adopted by the Kuwaiti wise leadership, as well as noble humanitarian initiatives.
In addition, the Prime Minister highlighted Kuwait's honorable stances backing the Kingdom's stability and development efforts.
Prince Khalifa offered congratulations on Kuwait's 57th Independence Day and 27th Liberation Day, besides the 12th anniversary of His Highness the Amir's assumption of power. (end) hmd.ams.msa
