KUWAIT, Feb 17 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Public Authority for Industry (PAI) Director General Abdulkareem Taqi and a visiting Iraqi delegation have discussed means of enhancing bilateral relations in the economic and industrial fields.
The two sides focused on industrial cooperation, obstacles pertaining to trade exchange, movement of goods and the activation of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) in measurement activities, said PAI in a press statement on Saturday.
The meeting was attended by PAI's senior officials including Fahhad Al-Mutairi, Abdullah Al-Zamami and Fahd Al-Mutairi.
The PAI was established in 1997, with the aim of developing and controlling industrial activities in Kuwait through encouraging local industries and expanding productivity. (end)
