KUWAIT, Feb 16 (KUNA) -- Kuwait National Rally Championship 2018 will start tomorrow Saturday featuring drivers from Kuwait and other countries, Basel Salem Al-Sabah Motor Racing Club said Friday.
Meshari Al-Sabti, Director of Rally Committee at the Club, told KUNA the rally would start from Sea Shell Hotel in Julai'a, south of Kuwait, at 4:00 p.m. (7:00 GMT).
He explained the rally would have two stages with a total distance of 86 kilometers.
Al-Sabti thanked the Public Authority for Sport for supporting the club's activities, saying the two sides were cooperating in a "constructive and effective" manner.
He said the club and the authority sought to allow the people who love the motor sport to exercise this sport in a safe way. (end)
