KUWAIT, Feb 14 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah expressed his gratitude Wednesday to officials from across Kuwait's government spectrum for their meticulous preparations for a conference on Iraq's reconstruction.
His Highness the Amir expressed his sentiments in cables he sent to the officials, saying he was impressed by the large turnout to the February 12-14 event that has met its objectives. (end)
