KUWAIT, Feb 13 (KUNA) -- 1955 -- The Department of Social Affairs conducted first registration of workers in the country, the number amounted to 34, 256 workers. 1955 -- The Higher Executive Committee issued an order establishing a government body named the Publications Directorate, tasked with issuing the official state gazette and all government publications.
