RABAT, Dec 14 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's parliament speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim and his Iraq's counterpart Speaker Salim Al-Jubouri discussed aligning their positions in regards to Palestinian developments on Thursday.
During a meeting, held on the fringes of an urgent Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union session at the Moroccan capital, the chief lawmakers also discussed continental and international parliamentary coordination on Jerusalem, in specific.
The talks come in the wake of President Donald Trump's announcement of plans to relocate the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, thus officially recognising the occupied city as Israel's capital. (end)
