Israel carries out new air strikes on Syria

AMMAN, Nov 1 (KUNA) -- The Syrian State TV announced Wednesday that several Israeli jetfighters carried out air strikes on Hisya neighborhood in Homs governorate.
It added that the air defense forces have fired anti-aircraft missiles at the attacking planes.
In the meantime, media sources close to the Syrian regime reported that the air strikes targeted weapons depot. (end) tk.ibi
