MECCA, Sept 3 (KUNA) -- Social media outlets such as Twitter and Snapchat have contributed in the transmission of the Hajj atmosphere through a stream of pictures and videos to millions of users around the world.
The Snapchat application has launched a new service called "Hajj Live" during this Hajj season to enable exchange of pictures and videos about the rituals in the holy sites for nearly 2.4 million pilgrims.
The Hajj Live service has seen a wide participation of Snapchat users performing the rituals in an atmosphere filled with faith.(end) nsa.ha
