Kuwaiti oil price down 25 cents to USD 47.92 pb

KUWAIT, Sept 1 (KUNA) -- The price of Kuwaiti oil went down by 25 cents to USD 47.92 per barrel Thursday after being at USD 48.17 pb the day before, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) Friday.
At the global level, the price of the West Texas Intermediate's future contracts for September delivery was up by USD 1.27 to USD 47.23 per barrel, the same case with the Brent crude's future contracts for October delivery, which went down by USD 1.52 to USD 52.38 per barrel. (end) amm.gta
