Kuwait oil price down 11 cents to USD 48.17 pb

KUWAIT, Aug 31 (KUNA) -- The price of Kuwait oil went down by 11 cents to USD 48.17 per barrel Wednesday after it was at USD 48.28 pb the day before, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) Thursday.
At the global level, the price of the West Texas Intermediate's future contracts for September delivery was down by 48 cents to USD 45.96 per barrel, the same case with the Brent crude's future contracts for October delivery, which went down by USD 1.14 to USD 50.86 pb. (end) amm.gta
