KUWAIT, Aug 31 (KUNA) -- Though a year has gone by since the decision to hike fuel prices took effect, it seems that vehicle owners in Kuwait still fill their tanks with the same amount of fuel.
The only influence that the prices had on motorists was that some drivers have switched to cheaper options while other well off vehicle owners continued using the same material to fill their cars. (end) as.gta
