Jahra road development project at 94 pct completion - official

KUWAIT, Aug 29 (KUNA) -- About 94 percent of the Jahra Road Development Project is completed, Assistant Undersecretary at the Ministry of Public Works Ahmad Al-Hassan announced on Tuesday.
In a press statement, Al-Hassan added that the project's main aim was to improve the flow of traffic and reduce congestion.
The Jahra Road Development Project is a key project, which consists of 17.7 kilometers of roads and overpasses aimed to accommodate the current traffic volumes and expected growth. (end) am.haq
