KUWAIT, Aug 17 (KUNA) -- Deputy Foreign Minister Khaled Suleiman Al-Jarallah chaired a government meeting with the participating parties that will attend the second round of Kuwait-US Strategic Dialogue Session.
The upcoming session will be held in Washington on September 8, coinciding with His Highness's the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah's visit to the United States of America.
Participents discussed topics listed on Kuwait - US meeting agenda and review preparations taken by government agencies.
First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah will head Kuwait's delegation in the upcoming dialoque session while Secretary of State of the United States of America Rex Tillerson will heads the US part.
First session of Kuwait-US Strategic Dialogue was held in October 2016, under chairmanship of the two foreign ministers, discussing ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries and strengthening historic friendship in all fields in addition to regional and international developments.(end)
