Bodies of Kuwait's Martyrs Al-Ali, Al-Husseini arrive home

KUWAIT, Aug 17 (KUNA) -- Bodies of Grand Mosque Imam Sheikh Dr. Waleed Al-Ali and Sheikh Fahad Al-Husseini arrived home early on Thursday.
Heading the reception of the caskets was Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs and Acting Minister of Information Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, families of the martyrs and a host of citizens amidst great grief.
Last night, His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah ordered naming two new mosques after the prominent martyrs, who lost their lives in a terrorist attack on a restaurant in Burkina Faso's capital, Ouagadougou, last Monday.
Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs and Minister of State for Municipal Affairs Mohammad Al-Jabri said Wednesday that the Amiri honoring came in recognition of Al-Ali and Al-Husseini's philanthropist work, as well as promoting Islam's tolerant image. (end) tb.hb
