Sudanese Speaker's visit to Kuwait crucial -- Speaker Al-Ghanim

KUWAIT, Aug 16 (KUNA) -- National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim on Wednesday affirmed significance of the current visit to the country by Speaker of the Sudanese National Congress Ibrahim Omer and his accompanying delegation.
The Sudanese delegation's visit bolsters coordination between the two countries on Arab issues of joint concern, Speaker Al-Ghanim said, after his talks with the Sudanese legislators.
He has indicated that the discussions with the Sudanese side serve cooperation at the parliamentary and economic levels, affirming that the Sudanese lawmakers' visit will result in cementing the bilateral relations between the two countries. (end) nms.rk
