KUWAIT, July 9 (KUNA) -- The 12th Cultural Summer Festival, organized by the National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters, will be launched on Monday to attract young people and fill their leisure time during the summer vacation.
The festival, which will run till July 29th, will witness several artistic and cultural events and activities that will contribute to the consolidation of values, concepts of loyalty and belonging to the homeland and enhance the capabilities of young people and develop their expertise and talents in the cultural fields.
The festival will also see musical, theaterical, composition, poetry, heritage, cinema, cultural seminars, exhibitions and workshops activities.
The National Council organizes yearly a cultural summer festival due to its great interest in the cultural world of youth as one of the main themes of its activities.(end). shd.ysa.tg
