Fencers Abdullah Al-Haddad, Suleiman Al-Tamimi and Abdullah Al-Khaldi will leave for Poland on Wednesday for the competitions, Secretary of the Kuwaiti Disabled Sport Club Abdullah Al-Qureini told KUNA.
Al-Qureini, who leads the team to Europe, added that the club is keen on taking part in the tourney, considered the world's second strongest after the Paralympics, seeking to realize more achievements for the Kuwaiti sports for the disabled.
No doubt, such competitions help fencers gain more experience, he said, noting the Kuwaiti team has been well prepared for the tourney. The fencers took part in a competition the club organized recently as part of the preparations. (end) fsa.amh.msa
