Hot weather all day, night during Eid A-Fitr in Kuwait

KUWAIT, June 24 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Meteorological Department expected a hot climate all day and night during Eid Al-Fitr week due to the Indian Monsoon.
On Sunday, first day of Eid, it will be a hot by day with light to moderate northwesterly wind with a speed of 15-50 km/h causing rising dust especially over open areas, Abdulaziz Al-Qarawi, superintendent of weather forecast, told KUNA Saturday.
Al-Qarawi also said that the weather will be relatively hot by night with light to moderate northwesterly wind, with speed of 15-38 km/h.
Maximum temperature will be between 44 and 46 Celsius by day tomorrow, and minimum between 29 and 31 by night with light to moderate wind over sea areas.
Meanwhile, he expected a very hot weather on Monday, second day of Eid, with maximum temperature between 47 and 49 Celsius by day with light to moderate northwesterly wind, and minimum of between 30 and 32 Celsius by night with sea state of slight to moderate, which is suitable for practicing all sea activities.
On Tuesday, third day of Eid, the weather will remain relatively hot by day and night with light to moderate northwesterly wind, Al-Qarawi noted. (end) zak.ma
